"C" is for Car Seats

Did you know kids are now supposed to be in rear-facing car seats until they are two?  My pediatrician mentioned this to us when we interviewed her back in March, and she posted a blog on this topic in April.

"On March 23, 2011, the American Academy of Pediatrics updated their guidelines for car seats to make car travel even more safe for babies and children. They are now recommending that children be placed in rear facing car seats until they are two years old..."

  1. It seems like 2 year olds would be so squished! I feel like there is SO much to learn about raising children...I feel a little overwhelmed thinking about everything! haha!
