My inner Martha Stewart came out this week. She used frozen pie crust and canned cherry filling though. We had some pie crusts left in the freezer from Thanksgiving (don't judge!), and I was brainstorming ways to use them. I love pie crust, and there's never enough in a pie. I wish regular cherry pies had like five layers of pie crust instead of one, so these are my ultra-thick mini cherry pies. Click image to enlarge. Enjoy!
