"C" is for C25K

Is it possible to fail at the Couch to 5K program?  I didn't think so, but I may be proving myself wrong.  Week 1, good.  Week 2, good.  Week 3, only got 2 runs in, but they were easy.  Week 4, 1 run.  Week 5, and it's already Thursday with no run.  So the goal today in addition to working a full day, taking Tully to swim lessons, picking up another cake, and getting Tully's one year photos retaken, is to run.  I'm definitely going to be sucking wind at Head for the Cure on May 12.  I guess the only excuse I will have is that I'm pushing almost 50 lbs of stroller and baby weight (on Tully, not me, thank goodness).

    And you are the most busy, proactive, productive, well balanced mom I know! If you drink any energy drinks, I want to know which one!

  2. Ha! If it makes you feel any better I've been doing the C25K. Week 1 - 3 runs, Week 2 - 1 run, Weeks 3 & 4 - 0 runs. Ug!
