"C" is for Chips

I found a new obsession: salt and vinegar kettle cooked chips.


I've had these chips before, but my obsession with them lately is out of control.  I prefer the KETTLE or Miss Vickie's brands, as they seem to be saltier and more vinegar-y than Lays.  We typically don't keep junk or snack foods around the house unless it involves chocolate, but I can't keep enough of these chips in the pantry.  The thought even crossed my mind to see if Sam's stocked them or if Amazon sold them in bulk.  Bad, bad, bad.  I am starting to wonder if my diet is deficient in calcium though, as I seem to recall that calcium needs an acidic environment to be absorbed.  Anyone remember college chemistry or anatomy?  Science and health aside, these chips are good.  And the best part is that John loves the jalapeno flavored ones, so I don't have to share any of mine.

  1. Ha!!! I almost did a post in this very thing!!! I love Kettle chips, too. We had to stop buying them because I would eat them in about 2 minutes! Sigh!!

  3. Haha! I love salt and vinegar chips too, and easily down a whole bag. I have been loving sharp cheddar kettle cooked ones too by Lays lately, SO good.
