"C" is for C25K Week 1

1:30 walking

Total Distance: 5.6 miles
Average Distance: 1.88 miles
Longest Distance: 2.09 miles
Average HR: 126-141 bpm
Average Pace: Is slow a number?  When this gets close to something I can count on two hands, I'll post.

A big thanks to my husband for getting up super early and jogging at my pace to help me meet my fitness goals.
