"C" is for C25K Week 6

According to the baby, "Couch to 5K" training is officially on hold until further notice.  The jogging was good while it lasted.  Stay tuned until April...


  1. You will get back in to it in no time! I remember when I ask my doctor about running when I was pregnant, he said "You will know when to stop (usually around 7 months)" I think it's great that you did any activity at all!!! Have you looked at any prenatal Yoga or Pilates? That will be my exercise of choice with baby #2! I've started doing yoga the past few months, and just fallen in love with it!

  2. Yoga is on the list! I was obsessed when I lived in DC, and I found a great little studio at 91st & Memorial when I moved to Tulsa. BUT it's SO expensive, so I will be doing it at home.
